Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. During new drops, sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

While we strive to deliver within these timelines, occasional delays due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your Cherrie Lady package every step of the way.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Assistance
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
At the moment, Cherrie Lady ships exclusively within India. We're excited to expand internationally in the future.
